The e-Application for the FY 2012 Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Program is now available at G5.gov. Please prepare and submit your applications electronically and read all instructions that are part of the application package on G5. The filing deadline is midnight EDT, July 13, 2012. You will not be able to modify or amend your application after it is submitted.

Field Readers Needed

The Impact Aid Program is seeking potential field readers for the Impact Aid Discretionary Construction Program grant competition. Qualified field readers will have experience in school facilities management, administration of a state school facilities improvement program, architecture, or school business management.

The U.S. Department of Education solicits reviewers without regard to race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability. We will provide reasonable accommodations for a qualified individual with a disability to participate in the review process. We are seeking a geographically diverse group of readers, including readers who are familiar with the challenges of managing LEAs in poor, rural areas.

Individuals who are willing to be considered should submit a current resume describing their relevant experience.
