Which foods should I stay away from during pregnancy?

All protein sources, such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs, should be eaten during pregnancy only when they are thoroughly cooked. Be sure to only drink juice that is pasteurized. Avoid raw fish (such as sushi and sashimi) and raw milk cheese. For more information on food safety during pregnancy, go to Education Campaigns for Pregnant Women.
