I believe the settlement is fair based on the fact that the Four Loko cans are sold in 696mm cans and if they become resealable they should be treated know different than bottled 750mm wine or spirits. If these attorney generals are concerned about the product being appealing to underage customers, that problem can be solved by simply only allowing there sale in state liquor stores rather than a gas station or grocery store. Minors aren't allowed in liquor stores and by selling Four loko and similar products only in these type of stores that would significantly reduce the chance of a minor getting their hands on it. You can't just isolate Four Loko any type of alcohol can kill, strong spirits are far more dangerous to consume than a can of Four Loko. People are overreacting to a minor problem even if you were to take four loko off the market minors would look for another alternative, you all my as well face it minors are going to drink alcohol regardless of what you ban from the market.
