I request that the record in this case list the net contents in fluid ounces and metric units for these beverages. Currently, the http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2011/10/fourloko.shtm webpage describes the container fill as 23.5 ounces which is by "mass" not volume. The disclosure on the revised label has also incorrectly displayed the contents in "ounces" instead of the proper "fluid ounces". The Fair Labeling Act also mandates that containers 16 fluid ounces and over be labeled differently and include metric units. This amendment will permit the revised labels to be in compliance with other applicable labeling regulations and sets a better example for the industry.
