We recently took on a case against a major car dealer in the Duluth, GA area. The Dealer sold our client a VW Passat that the Dealer had just purchased from a Florida auto auction. The auction had called the Passat as "uni-body damaged." Yet, the Dealer represented it to my client as unblemished and even showed her a CarFax that represented the Passat to be pristine. Seven months later, when my client took the vehicle in to trade up for another vehicle, the Hyundai dealership brought them back a second CarFax on the Passat with the real story. Now, we are in the process of undoing the deal.
