The Materials page has links to materials produced by the
National Maternal and Child Oral Health Resource Center (OHRC)
as well as a link to search our entire
oral health library. Results include a full citation of the item, its description,
and information on how to acquire it. Many items are available online.
Where can
I find fact sheets, distance learning, and other products
from OHRC?
Publications.
OHRC's publications and electronic products are listed by date, by topic, and
by format.
Can I order OHRC publications? What is the cost?
You can order OHRC publications for free. There is no charge for shipping and handling, either. All of our publications are online, so you can preview them to decide which ones are appropriate for your intended use. Then, use the online order form.
Can I
copy OHRC publications?
OHRC offers information on copyright on our Disclaimer
and Copyright page. OHRC publications,
such as fact sheets, resource bulletins, and resource guides, may
be photocopied;
while adapting or reproducing OHRC-produced materials requires
permission. To request permission you
must
submit
a written request (click here for a sample letter
in Word or PDF)
on your organization's official letterhead. Permission to use photographs
cannot be granted.

If you would
like assistance narrowing down your information request, or if
you find our website difficult to use, please call us. Our information

Can I order bulk
copies of OHRC publications?
Depending on
the intended use, OHRC publications are available in bulk at no
cost. Most of our publications are written at a high literacy level and
are not intended for the general public. Appropriate uses for
our fact sheets, tip sheets, and resource guides are for professional
education and
dissemination
to policymakers, educators, and others with the goal of improving oral
health services for infants, children, adolescents, and their families.

If
you are looking for bulk materials to distribute to families
in your Head Start
program or at health
fairs, we can refer you to materials produced by other organizations.
For example, the National Institute of Dental
and Craniofacial Research provides a variety of free
materials for the public in both print and electronic
formats.
Are OHRC
publications available in Spanish?
Yes, we have three brochures for consumers available in
Spanish. We also collect materials in other languages, and you can browse
that
collection from our Library page.
