2011 - AAB Webisode 9
2011 US Army All-American Bowl.
MORALES: Well this morning, our walk-through went pretty good. It was kind of a long walk-through, I got kinda tired in the morning. So we just went through the plays, started chopping everything out. So we can be ready for tomorrow.
MORALES: Mentally, I think I'm ready. I'm gonna be a little nervous, but once I go out there for two or three plays, I'll be good.
JOHNSON: This is the first opportunity for some of you to get to show some professionalism on a live national audience.
MORALES: You never know who's watching you, and it's going to be on national TV, there's gonna be cameras everywhere. So you don't want to look a fool on TV. There's people watching you all the time. So you just want to handle yourself like a professional.
KREUTZER: After getting to know Tony here, and then talking with him, and then having the informal bar-be-que and then leading up to tonight when we actually got dressed up and had a formal sit-down dinner - It just hit home how important some of this stuff is to these players.
KREUTZER: These guys are really striving to do great things, not only academically, but in their community, and I can see that not only Tony, but everybody else here, they're gonna go far, and this is the pinnacle of their highschool career - Leading into college, and maybe even NFL. This night hits home to me that this is a very important part of, not only the Army, but to some of these guys. I feel very lucky and privileged to be here.
MORALES: It meant a lot to me because there's a bunch of great people out here at the dinner. So it's just a good feeling to be out here with all these great people.
