Jeremy nothing happens if you don't pass your Army Physical Fitness Test. You have four of them. Your first one is a one, one, one assessment. It's just an assessment that your drill sergeants use to see where you are physically. The only one you really need to concern yourself with passing is the fourth and final one. It's called your EOC the End of Cycle physical fitness test. As long as you are showing signs of improvement nothings done.
