Security Guidelines for Medical Students
(doing clinicals/rotations)
Be sure that we (pass & decal - fax 953-6951 or email) have a Student Memo from the NMCP Point of Contact stating the students school name, time period to be here on base, access needed (which ward) and NMCP POC Name and Tele. Number.
To get a vehicle pass Students MUST bring their CURRENT registration, CURRENT insurance policy number and expiration date and driver's license and if applicable, a Vehicle auth. letter. This form is to be filled out completely and notarized before being brought to the Pass and Decal office. The autorization form is needed for any car that is not in the applicants name, without this info. we CAN'T give vehicle passes.
