Dear Chairman Cox:
I urge you to not curtail investors' rights to file advisory resolutions under Rule 14a-8. Individual small shareholders are as important as larger ones. We all count, and we should all have equal rights, and the SEC should not be supporting the rich, who already have so many other advantages in our society.
