Dear Sirs,
I have read the Amendment to Regulation SHO and would like to see this extended to all registered stock equities. The naked shorts that fail in the delivery of their shares is appalling and have caused unmeasurable damage to the market in both illegal losses and investor confidence.
Their are many who feel that the market is rigged against them any ways and this amendment would be a good step in the right direction to send a message to the naked shorts that this type of behavior will no longer be accepted.
