To the Authorities of the SEC,
It seems almost impossible that the problem of Naked Short Selling has gone on for so long and that nothing has been done to punish the culprits. This is nothing but grand theft. The technical creation of Shares steals value from other real share holders, and the company that legally issues the shares.
How this could have gotten this far, and no one has done anything about it is criminal. I am looking forward to the SEC closing this loop hole and prosecuting those that commit this crime so blatantly. That is your responsibility and mandate.
