I am a "CMKX" shareholder. CMKX is the most "NAKED SHORTED" stock in "HISTORY". Due to lack of enforcement of the guidelines set forth in "REGULATION SHO" many investers have suffered due to the "ILLEGAL" practices of "MARKET MAKERS-HEDGE FUNDS-BROKERS ETC". Regulation SHO was set up to stop these illegalities but it is being ignored by the MM'S-HEDGE FUNDS-BROKERAGES ETC.--- The 40 thousand plus "CMKX" shareholders have been severely "DAMAGED" by the lack of enforcement and the continuation of "NAKED SHORT SELLING". As I understand the SEC in in control of trust set up for the compensation to the "DAMAGED" shareholders of "CMKX". I request that these funds be released so that we may get on with our lives
