I appreciate the opportunity to provide comments on the Commissions proposed amendments to Regulation SHO. I am a shareholder of CMKX and along with other shareholders I do not agree with the SEC delaying the release of funds that are intended for distribution to the shareholders of CMKX and other companies. I am requesting that you release these funds and stop delaying this any further. We don"t want to see another extension of any kind. I support the Commissions proposed elimination of Regulation SHO's options market maker exception and encourage the Commission to complete the administrative steps to accomplish this change as quickly as possible.
