Bowl-a-palooza strikes 403rd Wing
Tech. Sgt. Robert Register, 403rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, slings a ball down the lane during Bowl-a-palooza at Keesler Air Force Base, Miss., Jan. 5, 2013. The event was organized by members of the 403rd Wing Human Resource Development Council and Wingman’s Council to help promote teamwork and camaraderie within the wing. The 403rd AMXS team “We Win” took first place for the three games bowled, with a combined average score of 678; second place went to 403rd Maintenance Group team “Hawaii 5-0” with 676 points; and third place was taken by 403rd Logistics Readiness Squadron Team One with a score of 646. Lt. Col. Max Kronenbitter
Lt. Col. Max Kronenbitter, German Luftwaffe, enjoys a flight aboard a 403rd Wing WC-130J; he also flew with the 815th Airlift Squadron aboard their C-130J-30. Kronenbitter was one of two officers hosted by the 403rd Wing as part of the Department of Defense Reserve Officer Foreign Exchange Program. The purpose of the DoD ROFEP is to provide National Guard and Reserve officers training associated with mobilization duties while enhancing their ability to work and communicate with the military individuals of the host nation.
