2011 October 24

In New York City? Or on the opposite Jersey Shore? Snap a photo and submit it to State of the Environment, with a link to this photo as inspiration and you could be our next featured “Then & Now” entry! Has air quality improved in the area since ’73? Your camera can help tell the story!
