Since 2001, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl has showcased the nation's premier high school football talent. The level of play in these games has demanded the absolute highest levels of mental, emotional and physical strengths for those participating. The expansive and continually growing list of prominent alumni featured in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl's history stands as proof of this strength and the extraordinary level of competition. Some of the most notable All-American alumni include: 2007 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, and Marcus Lattimore among many more.
Currently, there are more than 100 U.S. Army All-Americans playing in the NFL. During the 2011 NFL Draft, 28 U.S. Army All-Americans were selected, including five first round selections. An incredible total of 65 U.S. Army All-Americans have been selected in the past two NFL Drafts. More and more U.S. Army All-Americans enter the NFL each season as the Army All-American Bowl continues to produce some of the game’s brightest stars on its biggest stage.

Glenville High School | OH
- Ginn was one of the best athletes ever to come out of Glenville. He was named one of Ohio's three Offensive Players of the Year as a junior. During his career at Glenville, he played four positions and was named USA Today's Defensive Player of the Year as a senior. Ginn returned a 98-yard kickoff for a touchdown in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl and was awarded the Pete Dawkins MVP Trophy.
College: Ohio State University
- Ginn took home All-Big Ten honors following both his incredible junior and senior seasons. A three-year starter at Ohio State, Ginn made his name both as a receiver and a return man. As a senior, Ginn earned additional recognition as an Associated Press All-American.
NFL: Miami Dolphins, Selected in the 2007 NFL Draft, 1st Round, 9th Overall
- Ginn took his all-around skills to Miami and immediately made his mark. He finished his rookie season third on the team in receptions and second in receiving yards. He also returned kickoffs and punts, setting a record for Dolphins' rookies by accumulating 2,086 total yards on the year. In 2008, he continued his maturation into an all-around receiver, leading the Dolphins in catches and receiving yards and helping the team improve from one win in 2007, to 11 wins in 2008.
