Ryan Newman: "I think that there's a point in what we do, that we don't really have job titles- we all work towards a common goal. I mean, everyone knows what their job title is, but it's not like they have business cards printed off and carry around and say ‘this is what I am, and this is what I do."

Staff Sergeant David Rozmarin: "Everyone has a time that they have to step outside of their normal ways. Whether you're a tanker becoming an infantryman, or a truck driver becoming an infantryman, you're going to have to step out, someone becomes wounded, become a medic for a few moments. Whether you have to stop out and actually drive a truck for a day, everyone's got different times they have to step out and do different specialties."

Tony Schumacher: "Every week we have to step up in different situations, partly because the situations are resolved at every race. All guys are very familiar with each part of that car and will help in any time, at any given part of that racecar. Whether it's an electronic problem, or a wing angle problem, or a fuel problem, we come together. Doesn't matter if it's a right side guy, a left side guy, bottom end guy, the fuel guy. Everybody has a common goal, and the goal is not to fill the fuel tank, it's to win the world championship."

Sergeant Dustin White: Everybody, all the way down to S-line needs to step up one knotch. And so it's good for on the job training. The lower listed guys get a chance to do like my job, I get a chance to do me superior's job."
