From San Jose: Travel south on Highway 101 to the intersection with Highway 25, just 3 miles south of Gilroy. Take Highway 25 south to Hollister. As you approach Hollister, the road forks. If you take the right hand fork, you will end up in downtown Hollister. Take the left fork instead, and at the stop sign (Intersection with Highway 156, or San Felipe Road), turn left. Proceed approximately .5 miles to Fallon Road. Turn right on Fallon, go another .5 mile, and turn right on Shelton Way. Go to the end of Shelton, and turn left into the last cul-de-sac, which is Hamilton Court. The BLM office is the only building on the left.

From Coalinga: Travel north on I-5 to the intersection of Highway 152 and I-5. Take 152 west up and over Pacheco Pass. There will be a left-hand turn-off to Highway 156, about two miles west of "Casa de Fruita", a large commercial enterprise adjacent to the highway. Proceed on 156 until you reach the outskirts of Hollister, and turn left onto Fallon Road. Continue .5 miles to Shelton Way, and turn right. Turn left onto Hamilton Court, which is the last cul-de-sac on Shelton Way. The BLM is the only building on the left.

From Sacramento: Travel south on I-5 to the intersection of Highway 152 and I-5. Follow the directions for Coalinga from this point.
