Correction: Dietary Supplements Are Not Included In The Foods Subject To The Reportable Food Registry

On June 11, 2009, a CFSAN Constituent Update entitled Reportable Food Registry Draft Guidance Published For Comment By FDA was issued. The Update stated incorrectly that the Reportable Food Registry applies to all Food and Drug Administration-regulated categories of foods, including dietary supplements. Dietary supplements are exempt from the Reportable Food Registry requirements.
