  • SOUDA BAY, Greece — Military Sealift Command’s fast combat support ship USNS Arctic (T-AOE 8) executes a berth shift during a brief port visit here March 31. The Arctic is out of Earle, N.J., and has a crew of 176 civilians and 59 military members.
