Reactivate Chapter

Reactivating Your AKD Chapter Do you want to reactivate your AKD chapter on your campus?  We are happy to help and glad you are here!  Listed below are the items we will need in order to reactivate your chapter: Completed Reactivating and AKD Chapter Form (this will give us information on your chapter) A Renewal Form (the chapter representative must remain active) Employer Identification Number (EIN) (see below) (We will need both the SS-4 form and IRS confirmation letter before our office can reactivate your chapter) Please remember that only faculty members of sociology programs may reactive a chapter. Students, please talk with your chair, or any willing faculty member.
