We are located on the second deck of the Charette center, directly across from the pharmacy.
Availability of Services:
Open to all active duty referrals. Open to all active duty dependents, retired personnel and their dependents (over age 18) on a space available basis.
Scope of Care:
To provide comprehensive cardiac care to Active Duty members, retirees, family members and other authorized beneficiaries. We feel privileged to be able to care for our patients and we hope that they will continue to regard us as a valuable resource in the diagnosis and treatment of known or cardiovascular disease. |
Cardiology
The Heart and Vascular Care Department at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth remains committed to providing timely and comprehensive care for our beneficiaries. We feel privileged to be able to care for our patients and we hope that they will continue to find us to be a valuable resource in the diagnosis and treatment of known or suspected cardiovascular disease.
The Heart and Vascular Care Department provides inpatient and outpatient diagnostic services and care to adults (18 years and older) referred for evaluation and/or treatment of known or suspected heart disease. Available testing includes cardiac exercise stress testing, echocardiography, holter monitoring and cardiac catheterization.
