Security Posture Increase: The Commander, Joint Task Force Global Network Operations (CDR JTF/GNO) has directed all DoD commands to increase their computer network security posture. As part of this order, we are required to CAC enable all access to Outlook webmail effective 1600 on 22 Nov 2006. In order to use any CAC enabled operation, you must know your CAC PIN.
PSD/CSD CAC Appointments : For those who don't have a PIN or are locked out and require an appointment, contact PSD CAC Card services
CAC Reader Availability: For those who do not have a CAC reader at the workplace or need one at home, please submit a ticket by calling our help desk at 953-7200, or e-mailing our help desk at NMCP-HelpDesk@med.navy.mil,
CAC Root Certificates Download: For NMCP employees attempting to access Web Mail, this application installs root certificates that must be present to use the CAC Card, please contact out HelpDesk at 953-7200 so they can assist with certificate downloads.
