How did you start your career, I am in high

Col. Timothy Kopra answers Paige Lugwig from Fairdale, Washington, who asks; "How did you start your career, I'm in high school as a sophomore and I'm thinking about joining the Army but I'm not sure where to start preparing myself?"

The next question is from Paige Lugwig and Paige is from Fairdale, Washington, her question is; "How did you start your career, I'm in high school as a sophomore and I'm thinking about joining the Army but I'm not sure where to start preparing myself?"
Well you know this is very similar to Adam's question. But the one thing I can say in terms of learning how to prepare yourself for the future is to learn about what opportunities are available and the way you can do that are very traditional ways.
You can go to the library, you can talk to other people, but the internet is a tremendous resource and I would encourage anybody who has questions on what they want to do especially if they have interest in joining the military go out there and get the information and find out what appeals to you and I would just say go for it.
