Diversity Initiatives

It is the mission of the Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) to ensure NSF is in compliance with the laws and regulations governing Federal-sector equal employment opportunity (EEO) and to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment that ensures equal opportunity through education, policy development, workforce analysis, and outreach to best serve NSF’s employees and its stakeholders in providing outstanding services and creating innovative ideas.

To accomplish this mission, ODI manages and directs a number of diversity-based initiatives that highlight NSF's diversity and inclusion. ODI also welcomes participation of NSF's divisions/offices through co-sponsoring of such events.
