COL Bill Nanry​ Director of the Army Quadrennial Defense Review Office; also served as senior analyst and Division Chief on the Southwest Asia warfighting division at the Center for Army Analysis.

COL Robert Rowlette (EN)​ Commander and District Engineer of the Engineer District, Louisville, KY.​
COL Charles Smithers (EN)​ Assistant Chief of Staff Engineer, 3rd Army/ARCENT; commanded the 14th Engineer Battalion at Fort Lewis, WA.​
COL Louis Yuengert (FA)​ Former 1st Regimental Tactical Officer for the United States Corps of Cadets.  Selected for Brigade Command.​
LTC(P) Phil Beaver (FA49)​ Senior Service College, Washington, DC.​
LTC Hugh Bell (ADA)​ Director of the Air and Missile Defense Battle Lab; also commanded the 1-6 ADA Battalion (THAAD) and served as the Senior Air Defense Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces.​
LTC Jon Christensen (EN)​ Director of the Air and Missile Defense Battle Lab; also commanded the 1-6 ADA Battalion (THAAD) and served as the Senior Air Defense Advisor to the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces.​
LTC Wid Scott Crawford (SF)​ Former Professor of Military Science at Arizona State University.​
LTC Dennis Polaski (EN)​ Former Deputy District Engineer, Okinawa; also served as Division Chief, Battle Command Training Program, Fort Leavenworth.  Currently in Japan.​
LTC Greg Singleton (AR)​ Commanded 3-8 Cavalry Battalion (1st Cavalry Division) through two deployments to Kuwait.  Also served as the Deputy Executive Assistant to the Director of J-8.​
COL Rick Stevens (EN)​ Former Commander of the 11th Engineer Battalion.  Currently at Office of the G-8 Program Analysis and Evaluation.​
MAJ Shane Kimbrough (AV)​ Selected as NASA Astronaut, Spring 2004.​

Retired Military (in alphabetical order)

BG(R) Chris Arney Former Head, D/Math; currently Associate Director of the Division of Mathematics and Program Director for Cooperative Systems at the Army Research Office​
MAJ Arthur Bonifas​ Killed by North Korean soldiers in 1976 while leading a United Nations squad in an effort to trim a tree blocking the line of vision between two U.N. guard posts.  For more information, see http://www.korea.army.mil/org/jsa/axemurder.html
GEN(R) Omar Bradley​ Taught in the Department from 1919-1923.  Later went on to serve as the Commandant of the Infantry School (1943) and to command the 2nd Corps in Africa and Sicily during World War II.  Chosen by General Eisenhower to command the 1st U.S. Army in the Normandy invasion, and his soldiers liberated Paris and seized the first bridgehead over the Rhine River.  General Bradley also served as the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army in 1948 and as the first Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 1949-50.​
COL(R) Joseph Brown​ Former Infantry Battalion Commander​
BG(R) Frank Giordano​ Former Head, D/Math; currently Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School.​
GEN(R) Robert E. Lee​ Taught in D/Math in 1829 as a cadet/instructor.  Subsequently became the Superintendent of USMA and the commander of the Department of Texas.  In 1861, he was offered field command of the Union Army by President Lincoln, but he declined.  Later he became the commander of the Army of Northern Virginia and then the Commander in Chief of all Confederate Armies during the Civil War.​
