These supplemental comments complete ITC's response to the comments filed in this proceeding in March, 2009 by the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator, Inc., and the Independent Electricity System Operator of Ontario. The operational  agreements required to complete ITC's application in this case are attached to the supplemental comments, and ITC respectfully requests that the application be approved as promptly as possible.
