SECRETARY CLINTON: I am so grateful to all of you for everything that you have done, for the leadership you have shown. We have a long way to go and it needs to be done right. It needs to be done in a way that keeps faith with the Haitian people and the enormous sacrifice and loss that you have suffered.
STEVEN SMITH, U.S. EMBASSY IN HAITI HEALTH COORDINATOR: The cholera situation here in Haiti is improving. It's been a very rough few months, but we're seeing a decrease in the number of cases and even more importantly we're seeing a decrease in the fatality rate.
SECRETARY CLINTON: But I wanted to come and see for myself. It's a good news story to the extent that the numbers are diminishing but it's by no means over.
