TIPS Incorporated provides a 90-minute online restaurant training course and certification to individuals transitioning into the workforce. Restaurant work can be ideal for women re-entering the workforce since it provides daily money in the form of gratuities and builds self-sufficiency. TIPS certification helps build life skills and resumes. TIPS also provides vocational training to survivors of domestic violence.
