Message for Beneficiaries:

The automated refill system for Naval Medical Center San Diego and associated branch clinics will not be accessible due to system maintenance and upgrades starting at 0700 on Tuesday 3 April and lasting until 1900 on Thursday 5 April.

Pharmacy staff will be able to process urgent refill requests manually via phone request or in person. Please anticipate congested phone lines and request your refill before or after the system maintenance if possible.

The Pharmacy staff will be standing by to minimize the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience during this evolution.
