File Transfer Protocol
File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is an innovative way for customers to report mileage electronically. By updating a preexisting template, users can transmit their mileage file(s) to the GSA database with the simple click of a mouse.
With FTP, mileage reporting is fast and easy. Please see the "FTP Upload Tool User Guide" to learn how to set up your template and take advantage of the FTP Monthly Mileage Upload Tool located within GSA's Fleet Drive-Thru application. This latest enhancement in the FTP mileage reporting process allows users to not only instantaneously upload their mileage file(s), but also view the results in real-time.
