A tall tree has fallen.
It was weakened on the inside, but its branches and bark are no less strong.
Its roots still stretch long distances and touch many other objects both near and far from the base of the tree.
The tree is finally able to rest on the ground, no longer trying to defy gravity.

Yesterday the sunrise held me in its beautiful grip. I couldn’t avoid
gazing, following the progress and change. I could not move from the spot
where I sat, afraid that I might miss a moment of glory.
Today, I was able to capture the image, free to move and see it from my own different perspectives. Today I saw the sunrise as I wanted to see it.
