Community Pits & Common Use Areas for Landscape Rock, Gravel and other Mineral Materials

Location Map

A wide variety of landscape rock, gravel and sand can be obtained from the Shoshone Field Office. The public can obtain these mineral materials by purchasing a permit at the Field Office. The following table describes Shoshone’s mineral material sites, the site names link to photos of the rocks and materials available at each site, and the map provides the general locations of the sites.
