Mike Ferry is the Transportation Programs Manager at the California Center for Sustainable Energy (CCSE), a nonprofit organization located in San Diego, CA, and is the coordinator of the San Diego Regional Clean Cities Coalition, San Diego's Clean Cities organization. In these roles, Mike manages over $12 million in federal, California state, and San Diego regional programs related to alternative transportation fuels, vehicle electrification, advanced battery research, and public outreach and education focused on sustainable transportation solutions.
Prior to joining CCSE and the Coalition, Mike worked as a consultant in the biofuels and climate change sectors in the San Francisco Bay Area, with work that ranged from biodiesel fleet implementation to energy use and greenhouse gas (GHG) lifecycle analysis for biofuel production.
Mike holds an M.S. degree from the Energy and Resources Group at UC Berkeley, where he focused on the intersection of renewable energy and automotive electrification. Mike is also a California Air Resources Board accredited GHG verifier for large, point-source emitters under the state's Global Warming Solutions Act. In 2007, Mike received the Biodiesel Inspiration Award from the National Biodiesel Board and became a volunteer presenter with The Climate Project, a grassroots campaign to educate the public about climate change.

Kevin Wood is an associate program manager for transportation at the California Center for Sustainable Energy. He joined the San Diego Regional Clean Cities Coalition in 2011 and became co-coordinator in 2012. Wood works with a diverse group of public and private stakeholders to expand infrastructure and increase the use of alternative fuels in the region. He also performs outreach and analysis to help fleet operators and consumers make informed decisions about vehicle and fuel options.
Wood previously worked as a transportation planner and has extensive experience with local government sustainability initiatives with San Diego Association of Governments and the City of Los Angeles. He holds a M.A. in Urban Planning from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
