Clean Cities Coordinator
Matt Sandstrom is the Mobility Division manager for Clean Energy Coalition and coordinator for the Detroit Area Clean Cities program. Matt is implementing several alternative fuel infrastructure and vehicle deployment projects throughout Michigan. Current project work includes Michigan Green Fleets and Michigan E85 Infrastructure. Prior to his work as division manager, Matt worked as a zone manager and fleet zone manager with Ford Motor Company. While at Ford, Matt received numerous distinctions for excellence in dealer and fleet satisfaction. After his tenure at Ford, Matt worked in the Workforce Development office of San Mateo County, California, assisting HR managers with outplacement strategies for laid off workers.
Matt holds a Master of Science in Transportation Management from the Mineta Transportation Institute at San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cleveland State University.
