State and Local Stakeholders
FDA works closely with State and Local stakeholders to make available safe and effective medical countermeasures during public health emergencies. FDA also establishes policies to safeguard medical products from adulteration and prevent supplies from being disrupted during a naturally occurring public emergency or deliberate threat.
