The Pacific Rim is a proud partner in the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) through our $586 million of new construction, Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) modernization, major renovation and alteration, and limited scope high-performance green buildings projects. Our major regional construction and modernization projects are:

• Design and construction of new U.S. Courthouses in Bakersfield, California and Yuma, Arizona
• Expansion of the Mariposa LPOE in Nogales, Arizona
• Design for the Otay Mesa LPOE in Otay Mesa, California
• Installation of photovoltaic solar panels at the San Luis II LPOE in San Luis, Arizona
• Construction of the southbound pedestrian crossing at the San Ysidro LPOE in San Ysidro, California
• Modernization of the federal building at 50 United Nations Plaza in San Francisco, California; Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse in Honolulu, Hawaii; and the Federal Building and U.S. Post Office in Hilo, Hawaii
