As of November 3, OMB has instructed the Department not to report on interagency transfers unless State is the receiving agency. Thus, while the Department has obligated $508,666,018.06, the attached report only totals $342,365,950.

International Boundary and Water Commission (IBWC): Issued payment in the amount of $39,151.30 on 8/2/2010 for construction management services of the Mesilla Phase I levee segment of the Upper Reach.IBWC: Issue construction services solicitation for the Sunland Park levee segment of the Upper Reach.
IBWC: Issued payment in the amount of $37,534.86 on 7/26/2010 for construction mangement services of the Canutillo levee segment of the Upper Reach.Data Center: Continue to receive and inventory ESOC (Enterprise Server Operations Center) West IT infrastructure. hardware and software
IBWC: Issued payment in the amount of $123,528.00 on 8/4/2010 for construction services of the Ft. Hancock/Fabens levee segments of the Upper Reach.Data Center: Complete 100% design review.
IBWC: Issued award in the amount of $446,606.00 on 8/4/2010 for design services of levees of the United Irrigation canal structure to Inspiration Road levee segments of the Lower Reach.
Data Center: The project earned the Department of State a "GREEN" on the Environmental Scorecard. OMB (Office of Management and Budget) was particularly pleased with the progress on the data consolidation efforts and the plans for ESOC (Enterprise Server Operations Center) West that also included the extra effort to achieve LEED Gold certification.
Data Center: Received 100% construction documents for ESOC (Enterprise Server Operations Center) West
