Saluting Troops Before Deployment
It was an honor for me to attend the deployment of Alpha Troop, 1st of the 104th Cavalry, the 28th Infantry Division of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard on Sunday. The troop departed for training at Camp Shelby, Mississippi before a one year deployment in Kuwait. I am grateful for the opportunity to visit with these brave troops and salute them before they deploy. I thanked them for their courageous service to our country, and wished them a safe deployment.
