Recruit Rings Parade Field Bell (USCG)
Seaman Recruit Edward Lovejoy screams out his orders to the regiment at Coast Guard Training Center Cape May.
The recruits receive their orders to their next duty station in their sixth week of training, and they are instructed by their company commanders to ring the parade field bell and announce their orders loud enough for the base to hear.
