Cumulus and Citadel
MB Docket No. 11-66
Timeline | Orders & Public Notices | Record Documents | Applications | Contacts
Cumulus Media Inc. ("Cumulus") and Citadel Broadcasting Corporation ("Citadel") seek Commission approval to transfer control to Cumulus certain licenses currently controlled by Citadel, as part of a transaction in which Cumulus will acquire control of Citadel. In addition, because of a proposed distribution of Cumulus stock to current Citadel stockholders and to two new groups of investors in Cumulus -- Crestview Radio Investors, LLC and investors acquiring stock through MIHI LLC -- there will be a transfer of control of Cumulus from the current ownership, for which the applicants are also seeking approval. See the Public Notice for more information.
