KAYENTA HEALTH CENTER AND STAFF QUARTERS
The project will be a replacement facility for the Kayenta Health Center with approximately 14,400 gross square meters and 129 new staff quarters (28 replacements and 101 additional). This health center will serve the Kayenta Service Unit of the Navajo Nation. Design is scheduled to begin in FY 06. The estimated total cost is between $70 and $120 million.
SAN CARLOS HEALTH CENTER AND STAFF QUARTERS
The project will provide a new approximate 16,700 gross square meter health center that will serve the San Carlos Service Unit. This will be a replacement facility to be located in Peridot, Arizona, 7 km from the existing hospital. Also, included are 43 new staff quarters. The proposed replacement facilities are scheduled to be completed in 2010, with design scheduled to begin in FY 06. The total estimated cost is between $90 and $150 million.
SOUTHEAST AMBULATORY CARE CENTER
The facility will serve the Phoenix Service Unit and will be part of the Phoenix Indian Medial Center (PIMC), in Phoenix, Arizona. Design is scheduled to begin in FY 06. The estimated cost is between $30 and $60 million.
SOUTHWEST AMBULATORY CARE CENTER
The project will provide an approximate 7,400 gross square meter health center located in Komatke, Arizona. The facility will serve the Phoenix Service Unit and will be part of the Phoenix Indian Medial Center (PIMC), in Phoenix, Arizona. Design is scheduled to begin in FY 06. The total estimated cost is between $20 and $40 million.
WAGNER STAFF QUARTERS
The project will provide 10 staff quarters in Wagner, South Dakota on the Yankton Sioux Reservation. Design is scheduled to begin in FY 06. The estimated cost is between $1 and $5 million.
