Pekin Man Charged with Heroin Trafficking Conspiracy

Charges include distribution of heroin resulting in three deaths

A Pekin man faces federal charges of conspiracy to distribute heroin and distribution of heroin resulting in three deaths.  Anthony Mansini, 22, of the 4400 block of Meadow Drive, made his initial appearance in federal court yesterday and was ordered to remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
