Since 2001, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl has showcased the nation's premier high school football talent. The level of play in these games has demanded the absolute highest levels of mental, emotional and physical strengths for those participating. The expansive and continually growing list of prominent alumni featured in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl's history stands as proof of this strength and the extraordinary level of competition. Some of the most notable All-American alumni include: 2007 NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year Adrian Peterson, Mark Sanchez, Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow, Andrew Luck, and Marcus Lattimore among many more.
Currently, there are more than 100 U.S. Army All-Americans playing in the NFL. During the 2011 NFL Draft, 28 U.S. Army All-Americans were selected, including five first round selections. An incredible total of 65 U.S. Army All-Americans have been selected in the past two NFL Drafts. More and more U.S. Army All-Americans enter the NFL each season as the Army All-American Bowl continues to produce some of the game’s brightest stars on its biggest stage.

Briarcrest Christian | TN
- Despite playing just two seasons of football at Briarcrest Christian, Oher’s massive size and athleticism made him one of the most sought after prospects in the nation. He won All-State honors both years and did not allow a sack in his high school career.
College: University of Mississippi
- A Freshman All-American in 2005, Oher cracked the lineup immediately, starting 47 games during his career. By his senior season, Oher was a semifinalist for the Lombardi (best lineman or linebacker) and Outland Trophies (best interior lineman), and won the Jacobs Blocking Trophy as the SEC’s best blocker. In addition to being a three-time All-SEC performer, Oher was a two-time All-American.
NFL: Baltimore Ravens, Selected in the 2009 NFL Draft, 1st Round, 23rd Overall
- Splitting time between right and left tackle, Oher finished runner-up in voting for the AP Offensive Rookie of the Year Award after the 2009 season. This past year, Oher settled in at the left tackle slot, starting all 16 games and helping the Ravens set a franchise record in touchdowns. Oher looks to continue spurring a Baltimore offense that has reached the second round of the playoffs the past two seasons.
