Sources Sought - Test Range Support Aircraft March 19, 2012

The purpose of this Request For Information is to identify qualified and experienced industry providers capable of performing modifications to previously owned commercial derivative aircraft such as Gulfstream business jets, to make them capable of performing special functions as detailed below in support of the Point Mugu Sea Test Range. This RFI is a follow-on of previous RFIs issued in 2008 and 2009, and reflects refinement in requirement and narrowing in scope of potential solutions. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336411 - Aircraft Manufacturing and the class code is 15 - Aircraft & airframe structural components.
