Upload ARMIS Data
Links on this page provide access to forms used by incumbent local exchange carriers in filing their ARMIS reports and SEC Forms 10-K. The web pages accessible through these links are password-protected and would be of no use to anyone other than the intended recipients.
Link to the desired File Upload Form (in the box to the left) and complete the data upload form. You will need to provide three items of information:
- The correct password;
- An e-mail address to which the FCC will send confirmation of a successful file upload;
- The name of the zip or PDF file to be transmitted.
