About Fresno District Office
The Fresno District Office is responsible for the delivery of SBA's many programs and services the counties of Alpine, Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo,Stanislaus, Tulare and Tuolumne in Central California.

Financial assistance for new or existing businesses through guaranteed loans made by area bank and non-bank lenders. If you are interested in obtaining an SBA loan, contact Gayoeb Mardon at (559) 487-5785 ext. 2706.
