Public Use Files |
The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) is the component of the Social Security Administration charged with providing hearings and reviews of hearings for claimants whose applications for benefits have been denied at the first two levels of adjudication. The six public use files below contain information on workload indicators within ODAR’s hearing offices. Disposition data by individual administrative law judges (ALJ) is provided. Hearing office information such as total processing time, processing time from request for hearing to hearing held date, numbers of claims received, completed, pending, and the ranking of the hearing offices from best to worst in two of these workload areas can be found in the reports.
