Women returning to the community from prison and jail face overwhelming barriers. Lack of housing, drug treatment, employment and medical services makes community reentry extremely difficult. Through our case management program we work with women to anticipate and address their individual needs while they are incarcerated and continue to support them as they rebuild their lives after release.
Started in 2001

Who is helped?

Women released from prison searching for assistance with the following; direct services, advocacy, leadership development and public education. Capacity: 300 women served per year.
